Detailed Description
A very dark brown tabby with yellow eyes. His fur isn't very long and he is quite handsome. Barkstar has short fur and it is very hard to see his tabby markings.
Personality
A very strong and powerful cat. He has broad shoulders and massive paws. Because of his strength, he can also run very fast. He is excellent at fighting off any sized enemy.
History
As a Kit:
Barkkit scanned the Nursery for his brother, Mudkit. The two of them stuck to each other like a tick on a cat's pelt. They always practice fought with each other, eager for the day they became great warriors like the mentors they'd be given. Sadly, their father would never get the chance to see his sons shine.
---
He was patrolling one day, like any warrior would. He searched the entire territory, from one border to the next. He refreshed the scent markers when suddenly, the scent of a band of beasts came through his nose. Dogs! He heard the growling and barking, the slobbering and chomping. When he spun around, three massive dogs were lunging towards him.
After rolling on the ground with an explosion of hissing, snarling and flying-fur, the victor was named. The dogs had won. Nightstripe was dragged back to camp honorably. The correct ceremony was held.
---
As an Apprentice:
Barkpaw's mother joined the elders the day that her kits began their training. She enjoyed seeing them visit her to refresh her bedding or drop off a meal. Sadly, she wouldn't be witnessing it much longer.
Dawnfur grew ill, very ill. Due to her age, she couldn't survive and she was taken to StarClan. Barkpaw and Mudpaw were overwhelmed with shock. The medicine cat hadn't known the illness. Luckily, the rest of the Clan seemed clear of it.
As a Warrior:
Barkstreak was out patrolling one day with Mudpelt when his brother began to cough very dryly. "See the medicine cat, Mudpelt." Barkstreak spoke to his brother. Not long ago, the deputy retired because of failing hearing and sight. Mudpelt was named the Deputy. Mudpelt shook his head. "I'm f-" Mudpelt fell to the ground dead. Blackstreak stared at him. When he pressed his ear to his chest, he knew his brother had died. He brought the deputy; his best friend, respectfully back to camp when an extra special ceremony was held. That moonrise, Barkstreak was named the Deputy.
As the Deputy
Barkstreak was out patrolling with two warriors and their apprentices. The leader was back at camp on his last life. He was very ill. The leader told Barkstreak to organize a patrol with these specific cats to test how well they've trained their apprentices. Not long after they left, a shrill echo rolled out. It was the leader!
The patrol rushed back to camp to see their leader dead.
-xx-
Barkstreak traveled far to get his nine lives and leader name. When he returned, he was Barkstar.
As the Leader
Barkstreak hasn't been the leader for very long, but he seems to have experience with ordering the Clan and taking care of them. He basically was the leader when the previous leader was ill; thus why he is great at his job.
IC
Barkstar prowled his territory, nose high and body flat. He was trying to find a plump meal for a cat in his Clan. He continued stalking very gingerly. His yellow eyes flashed back and forth, trying to spot any scurrying prey. Then, a brown figure; plum and blurry, darted across the forest floor. Barkstar followed it silently, preparing his large muscles. When he had a clear view of the creature, he pounced. With one blow of his paw, it was dead. He fastened his jaws around the limp brown body and carried it back to camp.

Other
He would like a mate. : )
--xx--I think I could make a great leader not only because I can be active or post a lot, but because I understand responsibilities. I need to be there for my Clan and for the site. If I am accepted as a leader, I will take the job with honor; like a true leader.--xx--
